A compact and sturdy instrument designed with latest technology for complete automatic dehydration and filtration of human, animal and plant's tissues, up to final fixing in wax.
Tissues are subjected to continuous agitation by rotating S.S. tissue basket for thorough penetration of reagents.
Technical Data
The entire tissue processor consists of a highly accurate micro- processor based control. The provision for automatic adjustable delay start is a standard feature.
The 12 stage timing sequence may be programmed for each stage for duration ranging from 1 minute to 9 hours, 59 minute, in steps of 1 minute. The entire unit looks very attractive with aesthetic appeal. The data is retained in case of power failure.
Wax Bath Safety Control
Specially designed automatic wax bath has precise and accurate PID controller with PT100 temperature sensor. The microprocessor based PID controller maintains and confirms the temperature between 50°C to 65 °C. The main unit proceeds to next stage from 9th onward only after the set temperature is attained, with safety systems functioning at 10th, 11th and 12th stages.
Prior to wax immersion, the control signals the machine on the status of wax. If the wax is melted, the machine automatically proceeds from stage 9 to 10 and so on. If the wax is not melted due to any reason, the machine indicates “Wax not melted / Temperature Insufficient”.
The tissue basket is immersed / rotated in the wax bath only after the wax is completely melted thus providing 100% safety of precious tissue and time.

Delay Time
Delay time can be programmed up to 99 hours and will be sequenced with main control.
Timing & stage sequence, Wax bath temperature safety system etc. are all controlled & operated by feather touch key board with Digital Display.
Basket Rotor
Slowly rotating two basket rotors are operated through the microprocessor.
The unit is supplied complete with 2 Nos. S.S. Basket Rotors, 2 Nos. S.S. Baskets, 24 Nos. S.S. Tissue Capsules, 10 Nos. Stainless Steel containers, 2 Nos. Stainless Steel Wax Baths (Special designed for use with PID temperature controller).
