High pressure, electrically heated vertical steam sterilizer is used for sterilization of surgical instruments, dressing material, linen, rubber, plastic material by means of saturated steam under adjustable pressure of 5 to 20 pounds/sq.inch (PSI). Apart from health services it is also used in scientific research institutions and universities.
Sturdy double walled construction with boiler/inner chamber made of stainless steel sheet. Outer body is made of mild steel sheet duly powder coated. The lid is made of stainless steel plate with pedal lifting arrangement and radial locking device.
The instrument is fitted with pressure switch to control the pressure of the chamber.
The sterilizer is fitted with water level arrangements to indicate water position inside the boiler, pressure gauge, Air/steam release valve, safety valve and drain. High quality immersion type heating element heats the water and steam to desired temperature and pressure. The instrument is supplied complete with Stainless Steel basket, cord and plug.
The instrument is suitable to work on 220 Volts AC supply.

High pressure electrically heated vertical steam sterilizer used for sterilizing of surgical instruments, dressing material, linen, rubber, plastic material, injection liquids by means of steam under adjustable pressure of 5 to 20 pounds/sq.inch (PSI).
Triple walled with inner chamber, outer wall, and steam jacket made of thick stainless steel sheet. The lid is made out of Stainless steel plate and closed by wing nuts arrangement. Jacket is insulated by high grade glass wool to minimise the temperature loss. All sterilizers are hydraulically tested up to 2.5 times of working pressure. The instrument is fitted with pressure switch to control the pressure of the chamber. The sterilizer is fitted with safety valve, water level indicator, and water inlet and drain valves. The sterilizer is supplied complete with cord and plug.

Similar to Cylindrical sterilizer, rectangular sterilizer provides better space utilization. The chamber is made of heavy gauge SS sheet with argon wielding.
The sterilizer is triple walled with steam jacket and separate boiler. The inner chamber and steam jacket are made up of Heavy gauge Stainless Steel sheet with leak proof argon welding.
The sterilizer has single piece door made of stainless steel plate. Back plate and ring is also made of thick stainless steel. All the sterilizers are hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure.

The Glass bead sterilizer follows a scientific method for total sterilization of your instruments within 5 to 15 seconds. These sterilizers are compact state of the art, steam less non hazardous equipment for your clinic. It is a simple device for quick sterilization of small instruments with effective thermal sterilization. In this the clear glass beads are used in the well. The temperature of the glass beads sterilization is 240°C. The instruments are dip in the glass beads for the quick sterilization.
Effective thermal insulation keeps the outer cover cool while keeping an even temperature inside the well. The heat loss is very low thus leading to very low power consumption.
After switching on the device, in approximately 20 minutes the device will reach the proper temperature. The ready indicator will switch on indicating that the sterilizer is ready for use. The green light will be off and on indicating whether the heater is working or not to maintain the temperature of the glass beads in the well.

The autoclave is suitable for general laboratory use as well as for field sterilization of instruments and dressings etc. Dome shaped Stainless Steel lid is provided which seals the autoclave with neoprene joint less gasket. The lid is tightened to the body when closed. The working pressure is 1.1 to 1.2 Kg./cm2 (15-18PSI).
The sterilizer is made of Stainless steel sheet deep drawn to cylindrical shape. The seamless construction allows no bacteria residue & free from dirt accumulation. It is equipped with dial pressure gauge, safety valve and steam release valve.
The autoclave is supplied complete with plug & cord.
The instrument is able to work on 220V AC Supply.

What is Ultraviolet sterilization?
UV ray wavelength of 253.7 nm, which provides the most efficient sterilization level, strike directly bacteria’s DNA and have a fatal influence by obstructs DNA activities thus sterilizes bacteria’s cell perfectly. Ultraviolet technology is a non-chemical approach to disinfection. In this method of disinfection, nothing is added, which makes this process simple, inexpensive and requires very low maintenance.
Ultraviolet germicidal cabinet provides a safe and convenient means of sanitizing all small instruments, utensils, stethoscopes, vacuum suction glassware, make up sponges, bandages etc. which cannot be sterilized in steam sterilizers. These can be placed in the ultraviolet cabinet after cleaning them from an antiseptic solution/disinfectant in which the sterilization is carried out by short-wave Ultraviolet radiation generated by 8 Watt germicidal tube.
Jindal Ultraviolet sterilization machine is portable and has a provision for wall mounting. The weight of the cabinet is about 20 Kgs. The approximate size of the double door model will be 600mm X 475mm X 210mm. The doors will have glass panels for viewing purposes. The inner chamber will be made of stainless steel and the outer body will be made of mild steel duly powder coated.
The cabinet will have an automatic cut off UV tube system when the door is opened.

The sterilizer is based on the principle that microbiological action of saturated steam at elevated temperature is rapid and through. All models work on the principle of downward displacement of air which is the most economical method of obtaining sterilization. The “PIEZOSTAT” (Pressure control device) is incorporated in all sterilizers. It acts as a safety device, economises on power consumption and reduces the frequent opening of the steam release valve and thus prevents the release of steam in the room, It cuts off the power supply to heaters when the set pressure is achieved and re-energises the heating elements when pressure falls below the set point.

High speed sterilizer is fitted with high wattage electric heaters to finish the sterilization within 6 minutes of achieving the desired pressure of 2.2 kg/CM2 and corresponding saturated steam temperature of 134° C. Primarily it is intended for emergency sterilization of unwrapped surgical instruments and other components.

Jindal Scrub Station is made of high grade complete stainless steel mat finish to maintain hygienic condition. The instrument is scientifically designed to ensure that no water stagnates in the trough and it maintains the aseptic condition.
The unit is fully automatic with sensor controlled flow of water, with the facility of manual override in case of electricity or sensor failure. The water is stored in an in-built tank also made of Stainless Steel having provision for fast warming which is controlled with the help of thermostat. Flow / quantity of liquid soap / disinfectant are controlled with the help of foot switch.
