	Deep Freezer (-86°C)
	Jindal Ultra Low Temperature Freezers are ideally suited for use in laboratories and hospitals for long-term preservation & storage of blood, specimens and components, as well as materials testing. The Freezers maintain an internal temperatures as low as -86°C (-123°F). The shelves and inner chamber is made of stainless steel and the outer body is made of mild steel duly powder coated. The Freezer is insulated with high density non CFC polyurethane which helps in preventing the loss of temperature, thermal protection and structural strength. The down-feed evaporator for efficient refrigerant flow and washable condenser filter to maintain peak cooling efficiency. The filter also is washable for economy and do-it-yourself maintenance. LN2/CO2 Backup in case of power failure. An inbuilt audio visual alarm in event of power failure or temperature deviation is also included. An inbuilt ambient alert warns if room temperature may affect performance. Clean filter light advises when to clean the condenser filter to maintain peak performance. Alarms for open door, sensor fault, and condenser fault etc.

	Jindal Vacuum Freeze Dryer / Lyophlizer covers a wide range of application from multi user centralized laboratory to pilot plant determination work. The lyophilizer is a free standing, castor mounted unit with a fully accessible cabinet. The system is supplied with a powerful double stage vacuum pump. The standard laboratory Model is equipped with hermetically sealed reputed make compressor to provide temperatures up to -40° C. A non magnetic stainless steel condenser trap is provided for complete effluent removal. Thick copper refrigerant coils are insulated by polyurethane for maximum efficiency. The vacuum drum (22.8 cm diameter x 25.4 cm height) is made of non magnetic stainless steel with plexi glass top covers and incorporates 8/12 quick seal valves / port for manifold drying. Double stage vacuum pump with gas blast provides a quick and highly efficient vacuum. Digital microprocessor based vacuum indicator is provided for continuous vacuum monitoring. Digital temperature indicator is used for monitoring chamber temperatures up to -40° C. Samples ports with 12.5mm outer diameter are provided for quick drying. The unit is aesthetically designed with steel cabinet with powder coated outer body.

	Dehumidifier
	Dry air is essential to manufacture Tablets, Capsules, etc. Similarly high humidity causes damage to materials during storage as well as delicate equipments and instruments in research Laboratories. De-humidifier solves all these problems by removing Excess Moisture from the room air. Removal of moisture helps in improving the product quality and production speed and keeps the instrument performance accurate even in adverse atmospheric conditions. Humidity is controlled by humidistat. It is a compact portable unit controlling humidity up to 30%. This is available in 1 tonne capacity to cover approx 100 sq. ft. & 1.5 tonne capacity to cover approx 150 sq. ft. of floor area. To maintain the better working condition for the persons to work inside the room the area should further be air conditioned and sealed properly, and minimum number of persons be allowed inside and avoid frequent opening of the door. De-Humidifier is supplied with castors for easy mobility and built in water tank for water collection.
