The most versatile and highly reliable low-temperature incubator is used to make biochemical oxygen demand determinations and for the preservation of vaccines, insulin, lever extracts, chemicals, etc.
Robust Construction. The outer cabinet is made of M.S. sheet, duly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of highly polished stainless steel or aluminum. It has provisions for allowing a wide range of shelf positions and spacing. SS and aluminum trays are also provided. The chamber is duly insulated to minimize heat loss. Two doors are provided. The outer door is insulated and fitted with a gasket for airtight closing with no temperature loss. The door is provided with a lock and key. The inner door is made of transparent acrylic glass for inspecting the specimens inside the chamber without disturbing the thermal conditions.
The temperature of the incubator is controlled by a digital temperature controller with a temperature indicator that ranges from 5°C to 60°C ± 1°C. Hermetically sealed, high-performance compressors work efficiently to lower the inside chamber temperature. Heating elements are placed in the path of moving air, duly insulated from the body. Evaporator coils also lie in the air circulation path. A forced air type of circulation is kept inside the chamber with the help of fans to keep the temperature uniform throughout the inner chamber. The incubator is also fitted with a door-operated lamp for illumination inside the chamber. Caster wheels are provided at the bottom for easy mobility.
All controls and circuitry are housed at the top of the incubator and therefore protected from spillage. Separate indicator lamps for mains, heating, and cooling are fitted. Temperature-setting keys allow the user to set any desired temperature.
Jindal BOD INCUBATOR switches from heating to cooling and vice versa irrespective of the ambient temperature because of its unique design and thus is capable of working without any user intervention. Supplied complete with 3 shelves of anodized Aluminium or Stainless Steel as per the chamber, cord and plug, to work on 220 Volts, Single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.
