Features

  • The sterilizer’s shell case is constructed using high-temperature thermoplastic material and stainless steel, ensuring exceptional impact resistance and durability
  • The pot body is made of food-grade stainless steel (304), guaranteeing safe and hygienic sterilization
  • The lid opening and closing mechanism utilizes a lever-type multi-link synchronous telescopic structure, enabling smooth and secure operation with a lightweight and flexible feel

  • With an air-cooled chilling device, the pot body is quickly cooled at the end of sterilization, reducing the time taken for the lid

Control & Operation

  • The console utilizes an LCD window for dynamic graphic display
  • Function settings are chosen by scrolling through graphics and text
  • The entire sterilization phase is monitored by a microcomputer graphic display with automatic cycle control
  • Automatic shutdown is initiated at the end of the sterilization phase, accompanied by an alarm

Safety Features

  • A safety interlock structure combines electrical and mechanical components to prevent the lid from opening when there is pressure inside the pot
  • A double protection system is incorporated, featuring a mechanical safety relief valve and an electronically controlled overvoltage protective device
  • It incorporates a heater anti-drying protection function and a leakage protection system
