High pressure, electrically heated vertical steam sterilizer circular chamber is used for sterilization of surgical instruments, dressing material, linen, rubber, plastic material by means of saturated steam under pressure of 15 PSI which is adjustable. Apart from health services it is also used in scientific research institutions and universities.

Sturdy double walled construction with boiler/inner chamber made of heavy-duty stainless-steel sheet (304G). The hinged type lid is made of heavy-duty Stainless-steel 304G plate with foot lifted with safety and interlock with radial locking device and sealed with elastomeric rubber gasket is suitable for temperatures up to 140°C and pressures up to 20- 30 PSI.

The instrument is fitted with pressure control switch to control the pressure of the chamber. The sterilizer is fitted with water level arrangements to indicate water position inside the boiler, water level gauge, pressure gauge, analog gauge, air/steam release valve, safety valve and drain. High quality immersion type heating element heats the water and steam to desired temperature and pressure. The instrument is supplied with cord and plug.

The instrument is designed to operate on 220-230V,50Hz AC Supply (Model with 110V also available).
