Jindal Incubators are the perfect choice for reliable day to day operation in variety of uses. Drying of slides, paraffin embedding, and tissue culture work, incubation of antibody test, excellent for microbiological determinations, crystallization studies and incubation of hydroxy steroids. Incubator used for the incubation of biological products under controlled conditions.
Jindal incubators are sturdy, with double walled construction with complete inner chamber made of stainless-steel 304G material. Outer chamber made of mild steel with epoxy powder coating material. Gap between the walls is filled with glass wool insulation for avoid heat losses. Inner chamber fabricated with ribs for adjusting shelves to convenient height. Solid outer door and inner glass door. Door has double glass window which facilitate inspection of samples without disturbing the thermal conditions. Door made stainless steel 304 grade material with lock and magnetic gasket.
Temperature is controlled by microprocess based PID controller from 5°C above ambient to 70°C with accuracy of ± 0.5℃. Incubator has temperature uniformity of +2°C. Temperature control knob is graduated in centigrade degrees after actually observing the temperature in steady state. An L-shaped prismatic glass Thermometer is fitted on top of the Incubator for reading the chamber temperature.
Air ventilators are provided on both sides at top to flue away any gas or fumes.
The incubator has digital LED display with safety alarm system. The equipment is provided with a panel having a thermostat control knob, ON/OFF switch and two pilot lamps. Incubator has auto power break off protection system.
