Jindal Ultra Low Temperature Freezer are ideally suited for use in laboratories and hospitals for long-term preservation & storage of various samples, sensitive stem cells, plasma, semen, virus, bone graft and other biological samples. The outer body made of galvanized steel with tough powder coated finished and inner chamber made of corrosion resistance steel material. Freezer has 4 nos. of inner individual compartment with four insulated doors and adjustable height. Freezer has triple silicon door seal with double gasket for less loss of cold air during opening and closing of doors. Freezer door latch allow one hand opening & closing. Door fitted with heavy duty handle include door key lock as well as padlock provision for added security and sealed with multiple layers rubber gasket to avoid temperature leakage for sample security. Exterior illumination of freezer ensure for long term viability and enhanced temperature uniformity & stability +1°C. The complete body is mounted on heavy duty lockable castor wheels for easy movement. Freezer has 100mm ground clearance.
The Freezer insulated with using 1″ vacuum panel insulation in conjunction with environmentally friendly water blown foam. Enhanced acoustic insulation helps to reduce compressor sound. The down-feed coil evaporator for efficient refrigerant flow and air-cooled condenser filter to maintain low peak protects samples. Freezer has rotary air circulation to maintain temperature uniformity. Freezer has frost free management with adjustable cabinet heater. The filter also washable condenser filter indicator which keep fins free of dust to maintain peak cooling efficiency. Freezer has pressure sensitive mechanisms to protect the compressor in long run. The freezer system is H-Drive Information Center (HIC) with adaptive control is designed to detect high and low usage patterns, adjust compressor speeds, and reduce energy without compromising protection. Freezer has connected common main duct for throw hot air out of room. Freezer control temperature to within an average peak variation from set point of +6/-3.5 at -80℃ set point in an empty freezer.
All models use specially designed cascade refrigeration for energy efficiency direct cooling system with dual high efficiency Hermetic sealed compressors with automatically regulate according to the freezer for ultra-low temperature applications. These 1Hp compressors are designed to run at a large voltage band of 190-270V Single Phase AC Supply. A highly efficient two stage cascade refrigeration cycle helps in attaining the required temperature within a short time period. The combination of efficient technology and construction brings the added benefit of considerable energy savings. Freezer has decompression valve facility to lower air pressure inside freezer for easy door opening.
Fully Automatic Microprocessor based control (Eye level touch screen display)
A multi-functional, fuzzy supported process controller which ensures accurate setting. Freezer has microprocessor based controlled programmable digital temperature display with touch screen user interface for easy temperature and setting for monitoring. Freezer has incorporated with touch screen controller display panel & temperature history data storing. The freezer temperature is adjustable -50°C to -80°C with 1°C increment while operating at ambient temperature up to 32°C. A rechargeable inbuilt battery backup for temperature display & display security lock. Freezer has audio-visual alarm system for unwanted temperature rise, sudden power failure, system failure and battery low. The Freezer has temperature chart record and events for the lifetime of the freezer. Freezer has a RS485 output, dry contacts and 4-20mA output for remote monitoring purposes & Provision for set up connection for sending alarm & alert to the user over Mail /SMS. Freezer has interface for warm alarm test function. Freezer recognize if line voltage and frequency not match freezer specification and alert user. Freezer control panel display main switch, thermometer, temperature selection control. Freezer has record door open and log time the door open and closed. Freezer has interface incorporate icons to advise users of alarm status for warm, cold excursions, door ajar, power failure. Freezer has record temperature excursions including actual, warmest and coldest temperature. Empty freezer not warm 50°C from 80°C set point in under 4 Hours during a power failure in a 20°C room.
Freezer has removable heat exchanger with all other relevant components of the cooling system is maintained and replaceable. Freezer has cloud connected for remote system monitoring. The Freezer consist mean Kinetic Temperature able to be calculated for any days & alarm deviation report on report, Reports in graphical and tabular form.
The instrument is designed to operate on 220-240V, 50Hz single phase AC power supply with current rating 6.3 Amps. The Freezer is supply with power cord with Indian grade plug top (Model with 110V also available).
