Description

High pressure, electrically heated vertical top loading machine for steam and pressure sterilization of surgical instruments, dressing material, linen, rubber, plastic material by means of saturated working pressure of 20 PSI which is adjustable. Apart from health services it is also used in scientific research institutions and universities.

Sturdy double walled construction with inner chamber, external body and all other parts are made of fabricated from stainless steel of 304 grade. Sterilizer has hydraulic die press seamless lid from stainless steel plate with foot operated locking and unlocking radial system and door sealed by molded seamless gasket of food grade quality rubber.

The instrument is fitted with pressure control switch to control the pressure of the chamber. Audio- visual alarm for low water and cut off the supply to the heater. High quality immersion type heating element heats the water and steam to desired temperature and pressure. The instrument is supplied with cord and plug.

The instrument is designed to operate on 220-240V AC Supply (Model with 110V also available).
