Constructing a multi-structured 3D digital anatomical model using high-precision digitized human body data. A full-color, multi-material 3D printer and eco-friendly resin materials are used to produce 1:1 highly realistic physical anatomical models.
The deep craniofacial model is based on the superficial craniofacial model, with part of the anatomical structure removed. It allows observation of both superficial blood vessels and nerves, as well as the deep maxillary artery and its branches, and the trigeminal nerve and its branches. The model clearly displays blood vessels, nerves, and lymph nodes in the deep neck, providing insight into the morphological characteristics of these structures and their course and spatial position. However, without the support of the fascia, the anatomical specimens may show distortions, as blood vessels and nerves are often in a free or loosely attached state.
Full-color printing: The multi-channel digital full-color 3D printing technology offers unique color configuration options, enabling the creation of vibrant and visually striking models.
Multi-material printing (with eco-friendly materials): The printer supports a range of materials, from rubber-like to rigid, transparent to opaque, colorless to colored, and standard-grade to biocompatible materials. These versatile composite 3D printing solutions are ideal for producing complex surgical medical models for anatomy teaching, neurosurgery, cardiovascular procedures, oncology, and more.
High-efficiency printing: With up to 3840 piezoelectric holes and advanced algorithms, the printer can achieve printing speeds of up to 4L per hour using high-frequency jet curing, complemented by efficient post-processing equipment for faster, more accurate printing without the need for secondary curing.
