Constructing a multi-structured 3D digital anatomical model from high-precision digitized human body data. Utilizing a full-color, multi-material 3D printer and environmentally friendly resin materials to create 1:1 high-fidelity anatomical models.
The superficial head and face model primarily displays superficial structures such as facial expression muscles, temporalis muscles, masseter muscles, sternocleidomastoid muscles, parotid glands, facial nerves, lymph nodes, and superficial veins. These structures can be clearly observed through the transparent skin and exhibit anatomical features consistent with real anatomical specimens. Notably, the texture characteristics of bones, muscles, and the parotid gland closely match those of actual specimens. To enhance structural identification, certain features are highlighted with distinct colors, such as red for arteries, blue for veins, and green for lymph nodes.
The selected full-color, multi-material 3D printer was used to print the digital model, utilizing 3D inkjet printing technology and light-curing technology with 12 material channels for multi-material combination printing. This advanced 3D printer supports various printing modes, including single-hardness materials, soft and hard material combinations, and transparent encapsulated materials.
Full-Color Printing: Multi-channel digital full-color 3D printing technology offers unique color configuration options, enabling the creation of vibrant and visually striking models.
Multi-Material Printing (with Eco-Friendly Materials): Supports a wide range of materials, from rubber-like to rigid, transparent to opaque, colorless to colored, and standard-grade to biocompatible materials. This versatility enables the production of highly detailed composite 3D models for applications in anatomy teaching, neurosurgery, cardiovascular studies, oncology, and more.
High-Efficiency Printing: Equipped with up to 3,840 piezoelectric nozzles and advanced algorithms, the printer achieves high-frequency jet curing at a rate of up to 4L per hour. Combined with efficient post-processing equipment, this ensures faster, more precise printing without the need for secondary curing.
