JINDAL CO2 Incubator provides perfectly stabilized and sterilized environment for Cell Culture and study of temperature / CO2 on human tissues. Laboratories and medical professionals, world over, rely on our CO2 Incubators. The Incubator body constructed with electro galvanized steel coated with antimicrobial material. The incubator inner chamber construction with single stainless steel 304G material. The Incubator has  outer solid door with tight sealing gasket.

Jindal’s CO2 Incubator uses Direct Heat / Air Jacketed Heating System which surrounds the inner chamber walls combined with gravity convection airflow that radiate wall heat through thermal conduction. This technique achieves accurate, uniform and highly responsive temperature control within the chamber. Incubator has microprocessor based PID controlled for temperature. The CO2 Incubator has inbuilt diagnostics for monitoring system status and expedite on-site service.

All instruments functions including the temperature, CO2% and Humidity% of the incubator are programmable with a facility for a selectable alarm for each parameter, door open & power interrupted. The microprocessor-based color touch screen display for all set and process temperature, CO2% and Humidity%. Microprocessor based control system displayed clear-cut written message for the errors, guide through the cycle with start-up and cycle status messages during decontamination phase. Microprocessor control system with displays for temperature and CO2 and alphanumeric message center easy to read, and easy to program with constant display of operating parameters and alphanumeric status messages. The CO2 incubator software command which allows tracking key operational information such as time, door opening, temperature, CO2 concentration and humidity. The CO2 incubator has thermistors sensor, TC sensor, Infra-Red (IR), NDIR type with auto-calibration features to ensure accuracy of sensor automatically and withstand 180℃ for 2 hours during high the temperature disinfection.

Optional Ultra Protection Systems

The Jindal CO2 incubator (Carbon dioxide control range: 0.1-20%. Control: ±0.1%) also comes with a programmable Ultraviolet Lamp, isolated from cell cultures, that sterilizes conditioned air and humidity water reservoir to avoid contamination without disturbing cell cultures in vitro. Incubator has an inline pressure regulator to ensure less gas consumption and prevent overshooting of pressure which shorten s life span of incubator.

Rapid Response “Class 100 product” affects the Yields and Reliability by airborne contamination costing valuable time and money. Class 100 HEPA Filter Flow System air quality provides an ideal culturing environment. CO2 Incubator has access code to initiate decontamination cycle thereby preventing accidental initiation of the cycle. Post decontamination process return to normal operating status without the need for manual cleaning.
