Description

JINDAL CO2 Incubator provides perfectly stabilized and sterilized environment for Cell Culture and study of temperature / CO2 on human tissues. Laboratories and medical professionals, world over, rely on our CO2 Incubators. The Incubator chamber made of electropolished stainless steel 304-grade with round corners.

Jindal’s CO2 Incubator uses Direct Heat, Air Jacketed Heating System which surrounds. This technique achieves accurate, uniform and highly responsive inbuilt temperature control within the chamber. Incubator has PID controlled circuitry for very quick recovery of CO2 level without overshoot. The CO2 Incubator has inbuilt BMS relays and also option to incorporate onto data monitoring and documentations modules.

All instruments functions including the temperature, CO2% and Humidity% of the incubator are programmable with a facility for audio- visual alarm to indicate when temperature deviates more than 1°C from setpoint and when program or time finished be there. The microprocessor-based interactive navigator touchscreen displays for convenient evaluation of unit’s performance, view instructions, monitor progress, decontamination and running log of all user interactions. Microprocessor based control system displayed CO2 level, temperature and other parameters. Display displayed parameters temperature and CO2% and alphanumeric message center easy to read, and easy to program with constant display of operating parameters and alphanumeric status messages. The CO2 incubator software command which allows tracking key operational information such as time, temperature, CO2 concentration and humidity. The CO2 incubator has dual wave Infrared (IR) CO2 sensor to maintain CO2 level accurate within 0.1%.

The CO2 incubator show graph performance trends over established timeframes and run event history logs- protected with user passcodes and control lockouts.

Optional Ultra Protection Systems

The Jindal CO2 incubator (Carbon dioxide control range: 0-20%. Control: ±0.1%) also comes with a programmable Ultraviolet Lamp, isolated from cell cultures, that sterilizes conditioned air and humidity water reservoir to avoid contamination without disturbing cell cultures in vitro. Incubator has an inline pressure regulator to ensure less gas consumption and prevent overshooting of pressure which shorten s life span of incubator.

Rapid Response “Class 100 product” affects the Yields and Reliability by airborne contamination costing valuable time and money. Class 100 HEPA Filter Flow System air quality provides an ideal culturing environment. CO2 Incubator has decontamination process not disassembly and removal of sensors, hardware or other components for separate autoclaving.
