Jindal Automatic Tissue Processor is a compact and strong instrument designed with the latest technology for complete automatic dehydration and filtration of human, animal and plant tissues, up to final fixing in wax.
The precious tissues are subjected to continuous agitation by rotating stainless steel tissue basket for thorough penetration of reagents.
Each reagent station consists of a glass container for reagents. There are two hot stations along with the machine. The ergonomic design provides an option to configure the third paraffin station also.
Two metal tissue baskets (hangers made of hard steel) with a firm bottom can be processed in each cycle. Ergonomic design of the tissue baskets prevents stucking of the baskets in the containers.
The microprocessor controlled tissue processor performs fixation, dehydration, clearing & paraffin impregnation of tissues. A bright touch screen with large & clear display indicates the real time, date, the station in which the baskets are being processed, the time elapsed, temperatures for hot stations, warnings & errors. The ergonomically designed control unit consists of a password protected keyboard linked to the microprocessor to prevent unintentional changes. Eight standard freely selectable, storable programs enables quick programming. These programs can be modified even when the cycle is running. The touch screen shows audible warning/error messages in case of any malfunction. The user can program the following:
The user can interrupt the automatic process for reloading or removing cassettes in the middle of the cycle run.
The instrument is designed to operate on 220V single Phase 50 Hz AC Supply. (Model with 110V also available)
