Description

The Jindal Fully automatic microtome characterizes a great combination of cost-effective competence and user comfort. Fully Automatic microtome is the instrument of choice for clinical histology and histopathology applications. Microtome has Vertical and horizontal cross roller bearings. Microtome has motorized feed mechanism with electronic and manual cutting options. Microtome provide premium quality paraffin sections with easy smooth and noise free operation of hand wheel for high stability & precision. Fully Automatic microtome with additional manual mode ideal for repetitive tissue slicing, reliable and operator comfort, stability and high precision cutting a multi-purpose instrument for cutting paraffin wax embedded sections.

These are used to produce thin sections of specimens of different hardness in both routine and research applications in biology, medicine and industry.

Manual sectioning is enhanced by the high precision motorized specimen feed for routine sectioning of paraffin embedded blocks which provides efficient operation with utmost section reproducibility.

Section Waste Tray

Magnetized anti-static charged section waste tray hold a large volume of waste and positioned around the microtome base plate effectively shortening time by 70- 80% by easy-cleaning.

Universal Knife Holder Adjustment

The complete width of the knife can be used by using straight forward blade fastening mechanism. Using the entire knife edge is cost effective, particularly in laboratories with high specimen throughput.

User Friendly Operation

Dedicated knob for mechanical trimming with thickness selection. Microtome consist 12 ‘0’ clock locking system with simply pulling the handle to rest the specimen holder at upper position for fixation of another block.

Safety during Sectioning

Protection is assured by incorporated black finger protection guard of the knife holder that exceptionally safeguards the blade edge. When used correctly the integrated finger protection guard rules out potential injuries because it can even remain on the blade edge during sectioning.
