Constructing a multi-structured 3D digital anatomical model using high-precision digitized human body data. Utilizing a full-color, multi-material 3D printer and environmentally friendly resin materials to create highly realistic, 1:1 scale anatomical models.
The lung segment model is a detachable, combined model made of transparent encapsulated material, featuring structures such as the bronchial tree, pulmonary artery, pulmonary vein, and lung shape. The pulmonary artery is represented in blue, the pulmonary vein in red, and the bronchi of each lung segment are distinguished using different colored materials. The lung surface and its internal structures are made of transparent encapsulated materials. The lung segments are divided into eight segments for the left lung and ten segments for the right lung, forming a modular, detachable lung segment model.
Data Sources: The data were selected from a high-precision digital human dataset, including original tomographic data, refined segmentation data, and 3D geometric models of organ structures such as bones, muscles, blood vessels, nerves, and ligaments. The voxel size of this dataset is 0.0384 mm × 0.0384 mm × 0.1 mm. Additionally, formalin-fixed cadaveric specimens were used as a reference for 3D printing, ensuring accurate comparison with the digital model.
Modeling: The voxel data of each anatomical structure were extracted from the original tomographic dataset to generate texture maps for the geometric model. This process ensures that the visual appearance of each anatomical structure closely matches that of real anatomical specimens.
