JINDAL Bench Top model Shaker are designed for day-to-day laboratory routine work. The Shaker Incubator are Stackable up to two levels. Shaker has multipurpose (shake, incubate & refrigerate). Shaker is designed to single shaking capacity platform.
Shaker constructed with double walled with inner and outer walls. The external body of the shaker made up of powder coated rust resistant with insulated material. The internal chamber made of stainless-steel material. Inside the shaker incubating petri plate. The chamber is insulated with 75mm mineral wool for prevent thermal losses. A front opening door with transparent glass window facilitates the inspection of samples without disturbing the temperature. Shaker has door handle and casket. Forced air circulation inside ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber. Shaker is condensation free. Inner chamber has proper outlet to drain out liquid sample in case of spillage.
The shaker consists of triple eccentric drive mechanism with for stable and vibration free operation with minimum noise, 20mm orbital amplitude. A BLDC motor for long durability and stable performance of the shaking system. Shaker body is mounted on castors wheel for easy to installation. Shaker adjustable shelves are made of stainless steel 304 material. Shaker has inbuilt safety feature for sudden start and stop. Shaker is condenser free. Shaker has safety alarm feature for over heating, cooling and any fault.
Heating is done by finned heaters which are placed near to the cooling tubes. The refrigeration is done by a highly energy efficient ISI marked 1/8HP hermetically sealed compressor which operates on CFC free gas R134A refrigerant. The refrigeration system also controls the humidity inside the chamber. Shaker has smooth movement with silent operation. Shaker has unbalanced load sensor. Shaker consist orbital shaking.
The temperature range is from 4°C to 60°C with accuracy of ±1°C at 37°C controlled by a digital microprocessor based PID controller cum indicator. The heaters linked to the microprocessor run on the PID function & the compressor runs in on/off operation. The temperature can be set in the Inc./Dec. of 0.1°C. The shaking speed up to 300RPM (accuracy of ±1RPM) within increments of 1 RPM. Shaker speed control at stepless continuously variable. A LED display for monitors all the set parameters including temperature, speed & time with 0.5°C resolution. Shaker has timer with range of 1 min -99 hrs. Shaker consist cycle fan speed is automatic control. Built in self-diagnostic system along with over temperature and over & under voltage protection system switches off the system in case of fault. Shaker has single knob operation or keypad for speed and temperature. Shaker capable to handle heavy loads for continuous 24-hour operation on high speed.
An audio-visual alarm indicator in case of door open. The microprocessor controller is designed to retain parameters during power failure & restarts the unit automatically once power restored. Built in independent over temperature thermostat for additional backup by control heat if main temperature control fail. Data logging can be done with on board RS232/USB port, the complete system can be remotely operated through a computer by using on board Ethernet port. Electrical outlet provide power for operating stirrers or rotators.
An internal Fluorescent light provided for better visibility of samples. The shaker inside the chamber UV lamp fitted for decontamination. The shaker come with a moisture proof power socket/outlet inside the chamber. The shaker comes with a universal platform size (W X D X H) 450mm x 300mm x 75 mm which can hold various conical flasks and different sample containers. Design to operate on 220V 50Hz with single phase power supply. The platforms can be interchanged easily as per the operator’s requirement.
