High pressure, electrically heated vertical, top loading cylindrical machine for steam and pressure sterilization of surgical instruments, dressing material, linen, rubber, plastic material by means of saturated working pressure of 16 PSI which is adjustable. Apart from health services it is also used in scientific research institutions and universities.

Sturdy double walled construction with boiler/inner chamber made of stainless-steel sheet 304G material. The hinged type lid is made of Stainless-steel 304G plate with radial locking mechanism pedal lifting device and door sealed by elastomeric rubber gasket suitable to withstand temperature up to 140°C & pressure up to 20- 30 PSI.

The instrument is fitted with pressure control switch to control the pressure of the chamber. Audio- visual alarm for temperature sensor with range 100°C to 300°C, low water cut off, steam release valves and Over pressure safety valves, cut off automatically when the autoclave is dry. High quality immersion type heating element heats the water and steam to desired temperature and pressure. The instrument is supplied with cord and plug.

The instrument is designed to operate on 220-240V AC Supply (Model with 110V also available).
