Construction

  • The shell case is crafted from high-temperature thermoplastic material known for its exceptional impact resistance, complemented by a stainless steel component
  • The sterilizer’s pot body is constructed from food-grade stainless steel (304)
  • The lid opening and closing device adopts a lever-type multi-link synchronous telescopic structure, enabling flexible and light operation for both the lid and pot body. This design ensures safety and reliability

Control & Operation

  • The console utilizes an LCD window for dynamic graphic display
  • Function settings are chosen by scrolling through graphics and text
  • The entire sterilization phase is monitored by a microcomputer graphic display with automatic cycle control
  • Automatic shutdown is initiated at the end of the sterilization phase, accompanied by an alarm

Function Description

  • It features a one-button sterilization function selection, allowing for quick and clear choices based on different items
  • With an air-cooled chilling device, the pot body is quickly cooled at the end of sterilization, reducing the time taken for the lid
  • An automatic fault detection and judgment system is in place
  • The fully automatic control model includes the function of discharging low-temperature air and steam through internal exhaust when the sterilization procedure ends

Safety Design

  • Adopt the safety interlock structure of electrical and mechanical interaction to ensure that the interlock device securely locks the lid when there is pressure in the pot, preventing the lid from opening under pressure
  • A double protection system is incorporated, featuring a mechanical safety relief valve and an electronically controlled overvoltage protective device
  • It incorporates a heater anti-drying protection function and a leakage protection system
