Jindal Ultra Low Temperature Freezers are ideally suited for use in laboratories and hospitals for long term storage of isolates, gene constructs, tissue samples, vectors, microbial cultures, and other biological samples etc. The outer body is made of galvanized steel with tough powder coated exterior finish constructed on steel. Inner chamber is made of stainless steel of 304 grade material. Freezer has 4 nos. of inner storage compartments with insulated doors and adjustable height and doors are magnet-free and removable without tools for easy cleaning. Freezer has double layer insulated door seal with double gasket for less loss of cold air during opening and closing of doors. Freezer door latch allow one hand opening & closing. Door is fitted with heavy duty handle include door key lock as well as padlock provision for added security and sealed with multiple layers rubber gasket to avoid temperature leakage for sample security. Exterior illumination of freezer ensure for long term viability and enhanced temperature uniformity & stability ±3°C. The Freezer has heavy duty lockable castors and levelling for adjustments and installation. Freezer has 100 mm ground clearance.
The Freezer insulated with vacuum polyurethane foam panel insulation in conjunction with Environmentally-Friendly Water Blown Foam nanogel VIP panels which help in preventing the loss of temperature, thermal protection and structural strength. Enhanced acoustic insulation helps to reduce compressor sound. The down-feed coil evaporator for efficient refrigerant flow and air-cooled condenser filter to maintain low peak protects samples. Freezer has frost management with adjustable cabinet heater. The Freezer has washable condenser filter indicator which keep fins free of dust to maintain peak cooling efficiency. Freezer has pressure sensitive mechanisms to protect the compressor in long run. The freezer system is H-Drive Information Center (HIC) with adaptive control is designed to detect high and low usage patterns, adjust compressor speeds, and reduce energy without compromising protection.
All models use specially designed cascade refrigeration for energy efficiency direct cooling system with dual high energy efficiency hermetically sealed compressors with automatically regulate according to the freezer for ultra-low temperature applications. These 1Hp compressors are designed to run at a large voltage band of 190-270V Single Phase AC Supply. A highly efficient cascade refrigeration system cycle helps in attaining the required temperature within a short time period. The Freezer has availability of decompression valve facility to lower air pressure inside freezer for easy door opening.
Fully Automatic Microprocessor based control (Eye level touch screen display)
A multi-functional, fuzzy supported process controller which ensures accurate setting. Freezer has fully programmable microprocessor controlled with membrane keypad and eye level control panel. The Freezer temperature range -50°C to -86°C and attain -80°C while operating at ambient temperature of 32°C. An inbuilt battery backup for the display and security lock for the display. Freezer has audio-visual alarm for unwanted temperature rise, sudden power/system failure and battery low. The Freezer has temperature chart recorder and events for the lifetime of the freezer. Freezer has RS-485/ USB port to download event log and freezer setting.
Freezer has removable heat exchanger with all other relevant components of the cooling system is maintained and replaceable. Freezer has RS485 output, dry contacts and 4-20mA output for remote monitoring purposes. Freezer has protection from accidental setting of control panel. The Freezer consist mean Kinetic Temperature able to be calculated for any days & alarm deviation report on report, Reports in graphical and tabular form.
The instrument is designed to operate on 220-240V, 50Hz single phase AC power supply. The Freezer is supply with power cord with Indian grade plug top (Model with 110V also available).
