Jindal Ultra Low Temperature Freezers are ideally suited for use in laboratories and hospitals for long-term preservation & storage of various samples, sensitive stem cells, plasma, semen, virus, bone graft and other biological samples. The outer body made of 18 gauge 1.2 mm resist scratch and rusted finish material and inner chamber is made of stainless steel 304grade material. Freezer has 4 nos. of inner individual compartment with polystyrene insulated four inner doors to ensure sample security. Freezer has triple silicon door seal with double gasket for less loss of cold air during opening and closing of doors. Freezer has outer door reinforced tight sealing. Freezer inner door have no latches or external magnets and removable for easy cleaning without the use of tools. Door is fitted with heavy duty handle include door key lock as well as padlock provision for added security and sealed with multiple layers rubber gasket to avoid temperature leakage for sample security. Freezer record all door openings and log the time the door was open and door was closed. Exterior illumination of freezer ensure for long term viability and enhanced temperature uniformity is +1°C. The complete body is mounted on heavy duty lockable castor wheels for easy movement. Freezer has 100mm ground clearance.
The Freezer is insulated with 1polyurethane foam insulation in conjunction with Environmentally-Friendly Water Blown Foam nanogel VIP panels which help in preventing the loss of temperature, thermal protection and structural strength. Enhanced acoustic insulation helps to reduce compressor sound. Freezer has possible to open/re-open the door immediately after closure by ensuring prevention of vacuum formation. The down-feed coil evaporator for efficient refrigerant flow and air-cooled condenser filter to maintain low peak protects samples. Freezer has rotary air circulation to maintain temperature uniformity. Freezer has frost free management with adjustable cabinet heater. The filter also is washable for economy and do-it-yourself maintenance with indicator light. Freezer has pressure sensitive mechanisms to protect the compressor in long run. Freezer has gasket heating function for quick defrosting of ice on the gasket and increase the gasket shelf life. The freezer system is H-Drive Information Center (HIC) with adaptive control is designed to detect high and low usage patterns, adjust compressor speeds, and reduce energy without compromising protection. Freezer has connected common main duct for throw hot air out of room. Freezer has an energy savings operation mode activated by the user without affecting power to the freezer.
All models use specially designed cascade refrigeration for energy efficiency direct cooling system with dual high efficiency Hermetic sealed compressors and highly energy efficient cooling and temperature uniformity with automatically regulate according to the freezer for ultra-low temperature applications. These 1Hp compressors are designed to run at a large voltage band of 190-270V Single Phase AC Supply. A highly efficient cascade refrigeration cycle helps in attaining the required temperature within a short time period. The combination of efficient technology and construction brings the added benefit of considerable energy savings Freezer compressor bottom mounted for easy maintenance and quick heat dissipation around the cooling components.
Fully Automatic Microprocessor based control (Eye level touch screen display)
A multi-functional, fuzzy supported process controller which ensures accurate setting. Freezer has microprocessor based controlled programmable LED display with membrane keypad for data entry and display consist auto tuning of controller with Self-Diagnosis feature tests on the freezer to monitor and control the freezer parameters. Display highlight real time and set value of the temperature. The temperature is maintaining -50°C up to -86°C with 1°C increment at 32℃ ambient operating temperature. A rechargeable inbuilt four hours battery backup for temperature display & display security lock. Freezer has audio-visual alarm system for deviation in temperature, sensor failure, high room temperature, incorrect voltage settings and power failure. Freezer log all power interruptions audio and visual notifications provide. The Freezer has circular thermograph for continuous temperature monitoring for 7-day circular chart. Freezer has RS-485/ USB port to download event log and freezer setting. Freezer allow for set-point security control that blocks specific user from changing freezer set point or alarms through the use of a user name and password control allow for up to 150 users.
Freezer has removable heat exchanger with all other relevant components of the cooling system is maintained and replaceable. Freezer has RS485 output, dry contacts and 4-20mA output for remote monitoring purposes. Freezer has availability of interface for connecting to central monitoring. Freezer has protection from accidental setting of control panel. Freezer notify customer to perform preventative maintenance tasks for filter change and backup battery test. The Freezer consist mean Kinetic Temperature able to be calculated for any days & alarm deviation report on report, Reports in graphical and tabular form.
The instrument is designed to operate on 220-240V, 50Hz single phase AC power supply. The Freezer is supply with power cord with Indian grade plug top (Model with 110V also available).
