Jindal Ultra Low Temperature Freezers are ideally suited for use in laboratories and hospitals for long-term preservation & storage various samples, sensitive stem cells, plasma, semen , virus, bone graft and other biological samples. The outer body is made of high-quality stainless-steel sheet with painted with high-impact, scratch resistant powder coat finished and inner chamber is made of corrosion free stainless steel 304 grade material. Freezer has 4 nos. of inner individual compartment with five polystyrene insulated individual height adjustable doors and doors are magnet-free and removable without tools for easy cleaning. Freezer has double layer insulated door seal with triple gasket for less loss of cold air during opening and closing of doors. Freezer door latch allow one hand opening & closing. Door is fitted with heavy duty handle include door key lock as well as padlock provision for added security and sealed with multiple layers rubber gasket to avoid temperature leakage for sample security. Interior and exterior of freezer ensure for long term viability and enhanced temperature uniformity is +4°C. Freezer has V-Drive technology with adaptive control to detect high and low usage patterns, adjust compressor speeds, and reduce energy without compromising protection the complete body is mounted on heavy duty lockable castor wheels for easy movement. Freezer has 128mm ground clearance.
The Freezer is insulated with Polyurethane Foam insulation in conjunction with environmentally friendly water blown foam, thermal protection and structural strength. Enhanced acoustic insulation helps to reduce compressor sound. The down-feed coil evaporator for efficient refrigerant flow and air-cooled condenser filter to maintain peak cooling efficiency. Freezer has frost management with adjustable cabinet heater. The filter also is washable for economy and do it-yourself maintenance. Freezer has decompression valve facility to lower air pressure inside freezer for easy door opening.
All models use specially designed cascade refrigeration for energy efficiency direct cooling system with dual high efficiency Hermetic sealed compressors with automatically regulate according to the freezer for ultra-low temperature applications. These 1Hp compressors are designed to run at a large voltage band of 190-270V Single Phase AC Supply. A highly efficient cascade refrigeration cycle helps in attaining the required temperature within a short time period. The combination of efficient technology and construction brings the added benefit of considerable energy savings. Freezer heater reduce condensation on the door side not on the cabinet to limit heat into the sample storage area.
Fully Automatic Microprocessor based control (Eye level touch screen display)
A multi-functional, fuzzy supported process controller which ensures accurate setting. Freezer has microprocessor based controlled programmable LCD display with membrane keypad for data entry and display consist auto tuning of controller with Self-Diagnosis feature for errors. The temperature is adjustable -40°C to -86°C with 1°C temperature increment. A rechargeable inbuilt battery backup battery up to 72 hours for alarms system, temperature display & display security lock and temperature recorder. Freezer has audio-visual alarm system for door ajar, high and low temperature, high ambient temperature, abnormal voltage, battery low, power failure, sensor error, system failure and Condenser over heat for remote alarm system. The Freezer has temperature recorder for record freezer temperature in histography format. Freezer has Handwritten art-board RS-485/USB port for connected with PC server for data store and monitored on PC with password authentication, Multi chamber acquisition on single software. Freezer has
interface with incorporate icons to advise users of alarm status for warm or cold excursions, door ajar, or power failure. Freezer has option to choose standard & high-performance operating. Freezer has line voltage and frequency does not match freezer specification and alert user.
Freezer has removable heat exchanger with all other relevant components of the cooling system is maintained and replaceable. Freezer has RS485 output, dry contacts and 4-20mA output for remote monitoring purposes. Freezer has protection from accidental setting of control panel. Freezer has record number door openings and date/time last opening The Freezer consist mean Kinetic Temperature able to be calculated for any days & alarm deviation report on report, Reports in graphical and tabular form.
The instrument is designed to operate on 200-240V, 50Hz single phase AC power supply. The Freezer is supply with power cord with Indian grade plug top (Model with 110V also available).
